📋 Information we collect & how we use it
1. Account Setup & Login required
User ID, name, age, mobile, password, gender, voice sample, IP address.

2. Profile information
Username, birth year, gender, language preference → profile personalisation.
3. Moderation of calls & chats (audio/video/chat)
Voice, video, activity patterns — used for community safety, real-time moderation, AI training, and compliance.
4. AI‑generated features
Audio, video, chat content, transcripts, usage patterns — to power prompts, chatbot replies, and improve AI responsiveness. Some processing by trusted third parties.
5. Device & technical data
Model, OS version, app version, battery, storage, language — optimisation, troubleshooting, security.
6. Identifiers & signals
Device ID, advertising IDs, Wi-Fi signals — security, personalisation, fraud detection.
7. Location & media access (with permission)
GPS, camera, microphone, media files — used for calls, uploads, and security monitoring.
8. Call & chat interaction data
Interaction list, timestamps, duration, pick‑up rate — feature enablement, moderation, safety.
9. Transaction & financial data
Purchase records, transaction ID, order value, lifetime spend — payment processing, tax/legal, relevant offers.
10. Verification & banking details
PAN, Aadhaar (if provided), UPI ID, bank account — identity verification, secure payments, legal compliance.

We respect your privacy and provide you with the full right to manage or delete your personal data.
* How to delete your account: You can delete your account directly within the fidha app by Settings > Account > Delete Account.
🧒 Child safety & protection policy
Strictly 18+ only. We do not knowingly allow minors. If we discover a user under 18, we immediately suspend the account and remove data as required by law.
⛔ Zero tolerance for CSAE
- No sharing or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- No sexual conversations involving minors, grooming, or exploitation.
- Any such activity → immediate termination, reporting to authorities, permanent ban.
🔍 Moderation & monitoring
Automated systems, AI detection, and manual reviews to identify exploitation or inappropriate communication.
🚨 Reporting mechanism
Report suspicious behaviour or content via in-app Help & Support or email fidhaapphelp@gmail.com. All reports receive priority review.
We fully cooperate with Indian law enforcement on child safety matters.
🔁 How we share your information
We do not publicly share your personal information. Limited sharing occurs:
- With other users – limited profile details during calls/chats.
- With service providers – cloud hosting, call infrastructure, analytics, AI moderation, security. All bound by confidentiality.
- For legal reasons – comply with law, fraud prevention, enforce policies, valid government requests.
- Business transfer – merger/acquisition (with same privacy commitments).
- Aggregated/anonymised data – for analytics, never identifying you.
⏳ Data retention & your rights
We retain personal data only as long as needed for service and legal obligations. Deleted content may remain in backups for a limited period.
