5. Device & technical data

Model, OS version, app version, battery, storage, language β€” optimisation, troubleshooting, security.

6. Identifiers & signals

Device ID, advertising IDs, Wi-Fi signals β€” security, personalisation, fraud detection.

7. Location & media access (with permission)

GPS, camera, microphone, media files β€” used for calls, uploads, and security monitoring.

8. Call & chat interaction data

Interaction list, timestamps, duration, pick‑up rate β€” feature enablement, moderation, safety.

9. Transaction & financial data

Purchase records, transaction ID, order value, lifetime spend β€” payment processing, tax/legal, relevant offers.

10. Verification & banking details

Strictly 18+ only. We do not knowingly allow minors. If we discover a user under 18, we immediately suspend the account and remove data as required by law.

  • No sexual conversations involving minors, grooming, or exploitation.

Automated systems, AI detection, and manual reviews to identify exploitation or inappropriate communication.

🚨 Reporting mechanism

Report suspicious behaviour or content via in-app Help & Support or email fidhaapphelp@gmail.com. All reports receive priority review.

We fully cooperate with Indian law enforcement on child safety matters.

We do not publicly share your personal information. Limited sharing occurs:

  • With other users – limited profile details during calls/chats.
  • With service providers – cloud hosting, call infrastructure, analytics, AI moderation, security. All bound by confidentiality.
  • For legal reasons – comply with law, fraud prevention, enforce policies, valid government requests.
  • Business transfer – merger/acquisition (with same privacy commitments).
  • Aggregated/anonymised data – for analytics, never identifying you.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for service and legal obligations. Deleted content may remain in backups for a limited period.
